Sexual education film commissioned by the Faculty of Medicine of the Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Due to the second feminist wave of the 1960's through the 1980's - in The Netherlands starting with the 'Dolle Mina' movement - the theme of equality of women and men, also in their sexual relations, came to be an important one.

In MAN & VROUW - 'Man & Woman' - this is the central theme.

The film was made as an educational film for university students Psychology and Medicine. Having been important then, MAN & VROUW may still have a lot of relevance for young people, male and female, today.
